Terms of Service
Last updated August 31, 2026. These terms govern use of pitch15.solutions, the marketing site of Pitch 15 Solutions Inc. Paid build and audit work is governed by a separate written contract.
The site
This website describes our studio and lets you book a consult or contact us. Information here is for general orientation. A statement of work, the engineering-standard exhibit, and the signed contract control any engagement.
Consults
A booked consult is a conversation, not an engagement. Either of us may decide it is not a fit. Published prices (including the Product Rescue audit) are offers to contract, confirmed in writing before work starts.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to probe or disrupt it, or submit unlawful or misleading information through booking or email.
Intellectual property
Site copy, marks, and design are owned by Pitch 15 Solutions Inc. Case-study products remain the property of their respective owners. Client code ownership is defined in the project contract, not these website terms.
Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this marketing site. Project liability is set in the signed contract for that work.
