What we collect
If you book a Pitch 15, Google Calendar processes your name, email, and any phone number or notes you provide, then shares the appointment with us. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence in order to reply. GitHub Pages (our host) and Google Analytics collect standard usage data: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, and how you arrived (including campaign tags such as a business-card QR). We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
To schedule and hold Pitch 15s, to answer inquiries, to operate and secure this website, to understand how the site is used, and to meet legal obligations. Bookings use Google Calendar and Google Meet under Google’s terms.
Retention
Inquiry and booking records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and for ordinary business and legal records, then deleted or archived.
Your choices
Email us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements. You can also decline a Pitch 15 invite or stop emailing us at any time. To limit Analytics, use your browser’s tracking controls or Google’s ads settings.
Children
This website is for business inquiries. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
