The Challenge

Home buyers need a modern, mobile-first way to discover listings, understand properties quickly, and connect with local experts. Traditional real estate apps show data but lack personalized insights. The client wanted an app that combines MLS search with AI-powered analysis written in a human, agent-like tone.

Our Solution

We built MyHouse, a cross-platform real estate discovery app with guided onboarding (location, distance, price), interactive map and list search with filters, and a personalized AI analysis for each property powered by OpenAI. Users can save favorites, receive push notifications for listing updates, and connect with featured local real estate and insurance professionals.

Map & List Search

Browse MLS listings by location with map clustering, list view, and toggle between views.

AI Property Analysis

Each listing gets a personalized AI analysis written like an enthusiastic real estate agent.

Favorites & Notifications

Save favorite listings with remove confirmation and receive push notifications for updates.

Advanced Filters

Filter by bedrooms, bathrooms, price, distance with reset; filters drive the MLS search.
