The Challenge
Organizations need scalable, consistent training for soft skills like communication, feedback, and boundaries. Traditional roleplay training requires facilitators, is hard to scale, and offers limited repeatability. Teams needed a way to practice skills in a safe, repeatable environment with measurable outcomes.
Our Solution
We built BeReadyAI, a multi-tenant Flutter application with configurable AI agents (OpenAI, Dialogflow CX, Gemini) for scenario-based roleplay. Sessions support text and voice (speech-to-text/text-to-speech), with post-session analysis, feedback, and goal tracking. The platform includes org/team hierarchy with role-based access for admins, team leads, and members.
